The logo is a combination of abstract symbol and a monoline lettermark, looking closer the symbol is actually the letter "R" which is the initial of Rebel. By doing so the logo is minimal and clean however with abstract symbol it is memorable. Perfect symmetry is achieve by using the golden circles. Negative is harmoniously place between the monolines which balances out the overall look of the logo.
